Sonesta ES Suites Baltimore BWI Airport

I liked the apartment overall; we had all the amenities we needed. The first night, we were put in an apartment without a working AC, but after we reported the issue, we were moved to another apartment. Additionally, we were granted a late checkout for no extra cost. We liked the breakfast as well as the seating area. The gym was decent - we used the treadmills on two separate days.

The check in was smooth. Bunnie, front desk customer service, was so pleasant, friendly, caring, and kind. She is very personable. Our room was clean. The accommodations were nice for the pricing. The location is in a good area. Not far from gas stations/convenience stores, restaurants, major highways, and Baltimore Harbor.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was simple and easy. This is a great example of a nice clean mid-star hotel It is nothing fancy but it's more than enough for the average traveler or the person looking for a place near the airport. They offer a great breakfast included in your stay and affordable laundry service as well. the TVs are online so can stream from a Netflix account or enjoy YouTube which is nice. I also love the fact that the room has a kitchen in it so we were able to cook and enjoy hot meals without ordering in or going out.

Check in was easy although it's cheaper to book online than to book through them and you pay less online than at the counter. Even the desk attendant at the time told me they'd tried to explain why and he didn't even get it. I extended twice as I was only in the city to see my wife after returning from deployment.

The staff - front desk was very accommodating and helpful. I had surgery and stayed there to recover the day of and day after day. I was immediately given a room at the end of the hall where I wouldn’t be bothered and could get rest. The suite was beautiful and spacious. My daughter and grandson had their own room and space to spread out. I was very pleased.
